We use processes to engage hearts and connect minds to move from strategy to successful implementation. Then we harness the technology of an intranet portal to continue to capture and share tacit knowledge and progress. This process is ideally suited to large competitive businesses and complex government bureaucracies as it introduces a highly structured approach to change. Contextual Mapping Contextual mapping is a 'visual planning and strategy development approach' designed to create alignment, understanding and social responsibility in the enterprise and the people it embraces.
