We
use powerful and pragmatic tools to help leaders access and
transform their 'inner place'. The Wheel of 8 Universal Intelligences
provides a sophisticated map of our inner world and forms
part of a powerful and proven Transformative Leadership
Practice that enables leaders to create a sustained change
in their values, attitudes, opinions, beliefs and behaviours
that improves their capability to address the real challenges
they and their organisations face.
Through
a process combining workshops with an supported online learning
community, leaders develop new aspirations, practice them
rigorously and then review learn and adapt. In this way they
expand their self knowledge and become more capable to meet
today's challenges of increasing complexity, speed of change,
globalization, commoditisation and shifting social priorities.

What
is Transformative Leadership Practice?
TLP
is a proven development process that enables leaders
to create a sustained positive change in their behaviours that
make them more effective at meeting today's challenges.
TLP recognises
that the thought processes and mental models that underpin
our behaviour are the result of long periods of social conditioning
that has often not been consciously chosen. Some of this
conditioning supports our leadership capability and some
robs us of our leadership power to truly influence what is
happening around us.
Changing
these thought processes cannot be achieved by intellect alone.
Whilst many of the new qualities required of leaders make
great sense at an intellectual level, this alone does not
enable leaders to make sustainable changes and adopt new
behaviours.
TLP is
a four stage process that helps leaders 'unlearn' old thought
processes and replace them with more powerful ones better
aligned with how they choose to lead.

Leadership Aspirations and Affirmations
Before
any journey of transformation can take place there needs
to be a gap. Firstly a gap between the where the organisation
is and it's aspirational vision or strategy. And secondly,
an acknowledged gap between the leaders current capability
and where they aspire to be as a leader.
From
the leaders aspirations can then be created a series of affirmations
- the committed goals and intentions that will move the leader
towards his/her aspirations.
New
Concepts, Tools, Models and Strategies
Drawn from the latest management science and ancient wisdom,
we present alternative world views that challenge existing
thinking and provide powerful and practical ways forward.
Practice,
Practice, Practice
Just like developing a better serve at tennis, for example,
we help leaders practice their new chosen thought processes
and behaviours in their everyday life and work.
We
develop a range of approaches to help ensure leaders keep
focused on the changes they want to make and support them
through coaching and an online learning community.
Review,
Learn, Adapt
Regular reviews help leaders reflect and learn on the progress
they are making and adapt as needed to stay aligned with their
aspirations and affirmations.
Maps
of the Inner Self
We blend modern
integral psychology with ancient
Self-Knowledge and Wisdom Teachings of the indigenous cultures
of the Americas to create a sophisticated and deeply integrated
leadership framework, philosophy and practice.
These
new maps create positive and powerful images of our latent
leadership potential and help leaders see how their inner
self is translated into behaviours that influence, and are
influenced by, their organisation and the wider world.
Tailored
Programmes
We
design and tailor leadership programmes lasting from a few
weeks up to two years. We draw on a rich source of developmental
knowledge, ancient and modern, and all our programmes are based
on the same fundamental principles:
- programmes
meet the aspirations and learning goals of participants
and
are aligned with the organisation's knowledge and capability
needs
- leadership
is as much about who you are as what you do, and we recognise
that leadership capability cannot be developed in the
same way that strategy, marketing and finance are taught
- expanding
leadership capability requires that underlying values,
beliefs and opinions are reappraised and modified where
needed by practice and review.
