The
Leadership Inquiry
The Leadership
Inquiry is an ongoing learning
community
of leaders,
in your organisation, dedicated to improving the quality of
leadership by insightful dialogue and grounded discourse to
ensure breakthrough
ideas,
new strategies and concrete action.
The Inquiry
provides a rare opportunity for leaders to share stories, learn
from one another and explore latest thinking, frameworks and case
studies. Each Inquiry is stimulated by a compelling leadership
issue. The innovative design allows dialogue on the whole issue
and, in smaller groups, focus on a topic within the issue.
Topics can
range from implementing strategy, leading change and creating
an innovative culture to vision, inspiration and integrity, to
issues specific to your organisation right now.
The vision
of The Leadership Inquiry is of a learning community, both
within a company and in collaboration with other organisations,
where everyone participates, shapes
and shares in new knowledge creation. The environment is
informal, mentally stimulating and emotionally safe – an
all-too-rare experience for busy executives.

The
Leadership Inquiry Format
The monthly,
half-day Inquiries are designed to take participants from
dialogue on an opening presentation
or a short thought paper about a compelling leadership issue,
to small group dialogues that feed back to the whole group.
The wisdom of the group is then harvested and the emergent
insights, strategies and actions are captured for subsequent
circulation. See below:
