“Virtually all indigenous and native cultures have regarded nature or the Universe or Mother Earth
as the ultimate teacher. At few points in history has the need to rediscover this teacher been greater”

A TRAINING JOURNEY
WhiteEagle is delighted to offer the two-year Council Guide Training (CGT) programme, in the UK, designed to engage participants in a training journey that allows them to explore the ancient Earth Wisdom teachings and to integrate these teachings into their own lives. Upon successful completion of this training, participants are then authorized to teach these tools with groups and organisations.

The Earth Wisdom teachings form a pragmatic, organic structure for awakening human consciousness and for creating a balanced society where individuals, families, communities and organisations can operate in respect and harmony with each other and all of life. These teachings come from the oral tradition of indigenous peoples who came to understand what was needed to live together in harmony while at the same time honoring individual freedom and self authority. This highly sophisticated body of knowledge offers profound and yet simple relevant insights for gaining personal and organisational mastery. This old wisdom coupled with new insights creates a resonance for our lives today as individuals, as family members, as stakeholders in organisations and as part of our chosen communities.

CGT PROGRAM DESIGN
WhiteEagle will teach the curriculum consisting of over forty designs of tools and practices for increasing awareness, consciousness, balance and harmony. She will be supported by four trained Guides, who have completed the CGT program and are now in advanced training.

The CGT program has four training ceremonies per year for a total of eight ceremonies for the total two-year program. Each ceremony is five days (Wednesday to Sunday).

The twelve weeks between ceremonies are used for individual study and integration as well as working in teams. There will be guided practice through assignments and electronic weekly reporting. During the training ceremonies, participants will pass through 'doorways' to demonstrate accomplishment of the integration of the tools and practices.

The first year of the training involves intensive study and integration of learnings within the self. This work is done as individuals and together as teams. Participants learn to interact as a self-organizing learning circle. During this time of integration and learning, we ask all participants to not teach or share what they are learning with others outside their own family. It is important for each person to deepen the tools and practices inside themselves before sharing with or teaching others.

After this first year of study and self-integration, the second year is much like a physician's residency program. In addition to attending the four required training sessions, participants create other opportunities where they demonstrate their ability to deliver these teachings under supervision of the DanceHammers staff. In this way, participants complete their on-the-field residency training. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will be invited to become a member of Ehama Enterprises, an international association of CGT graduates.

The venue for the training is being finalised and will be in Devon, UK.
